Bands:

Bands at Una are all about developing deep spiritual friendships.  We believe that the way of Jesus can only be realized in our lives as we open ourselves to others.  Christian spirituality involves being in community.  We need other people who are willing to be involved in deep relationship with us.  Bands are about 3-4 people getting together on a regular basis for spiritual conversation and support.  Helpful tools that will help guide your conversations are available for any band and are available on the Spiritual Practises page of the website.
