First-time at Una?
"Welcome to Una kids! Whether you're thinking about stopping by for just one Sunday or you're interested in sticking with us for a while, we're glad you're checking out Una kids.
The following are a few things that could be helpful to know before you get here.
- Arriving a bit early... is a good idea on your first day with us. It will take a couple minutes to fill out registration information for your child[ren]. This will also give you enough time to see where the kids meet and will also allow you to meet other parents as you have a coffee.
- Register and check in... at the Una Kids table in the main lobby of the community centre. Our volunteers will sign-in your child[ren] and they’ll give you a registration card, a safety precaution.
- We meet during... the Una Gathering — families will be together for the first 15-20 minutes of the Gathering. Una Kids will then be dismissed, with the Una Kids volunteers, to their own activities.
- On Sundays, kids experience... relationships with volunteers and age-appropriate programming, learning the story of God and the way of Jesus, music, crafts.
- Pick up your child[ren]... in the Una Kids area after the Gathering. Kids will have a take-home sheet to let you know what your child[ren] experienced that morning, including questions/ideas that your family can talk about during the week.
